How to save the aluminum container from being tossed in a garbage dump

As it turns out, the aluminum containers that have been found floating in the bayou have a way of doing the same thing — they’ll turn into a garbage can.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has opened an investigation into a large number of aluminum containers found in the St. Tammany Parish bayou that are floating in shallow water.
A few of them have already been recovered.
According to a statement from the department, the containers were spotted floating in a drainage ditch and were “obviously not designed to hold the contents of a container.”
They have not been determined how they got there.
The department will not release the location of the containers until the investigation is complete.
